We are very pleased to welcome you to the Boston & District U3A web site.
As you may already know, U3As are found world wide including here in the United Kingdom. Boston & District U3A was set up early in 1992. It has over 230 members with thirty active groups.
General meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Pilgrim Lounge, Boston United Football Club York Street, Boston. The meetings start at 10.30am. Proceedings begin with our local administrative business which is followed by our guest speaker. They give very interesting talks, covering a range of topics and most importantly, members meet and chat to their fellow members.
Members receive a newsletter each month, containing reports from the Chairman, group activities past and in the future and other news of interest.
If you decide to join, the fee is £13.50 for the year. The financial year begins on the 1st August, but you may join at anytime.
